Check-in time is 2pm. If you arrive early, the front desk will be happy to store your luggage while you enjoy our pool or take a stroll around town.

The Palms Hotel provides the relaxed atmosphere of a tropical island guesthouse with the services and amenities of a full-service hotel. We're just a short walk from Duval Street, but far enough away to be your quiet getaway place when the party is over.

A complimentary charcoal grill and picnic table are available for all our guests. The hotel does not provide charcoal, although there are local markets nearby. The barbeque cannot be reserved in advance.

Bicycles can be rented from the front office for $12 per day. Each bike comes with a basket, light and lock.

A complimentary tropical buffet breakfast of fresh fruit, patries, and juices is offered every morning poolside from between 8 and 11am.

Regular bookings require 7 day advance cancellation in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Special event reservations require 30 day cancellation for refunds. Group cancellations are based on the terms of the group contract.

Well-behaved children are welcome.

A complimentary guest computer and printer are available during office hours. Free wireless internet access is available in the office and nearby areas.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and maintains an atmosphere of peace and quiet, especially during late night hours. Please be courteous to other guests and our surrounding neighbors when on the property.

The front office is open daily between 8am and 10pm. After hours, contact the Night Manager.

Limited free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. When all spaces are taken, parking is generally available in the surrounding neighborhood. Expect parking difficulties during holidays and special events. Be careful not to park in marked "Permit Only" or "Residential Only" spaces which are reserved for specially-tagged vehicles.

Dogs and cats up to 35 pounds are welcome, maximum 2 per room. Pets must be attended at all times. There are no extra fees for pets, but a credit card is required in case of damage. When walking on property, dogs must be leashed. Local health requirements do not permit pets in our pool.

The pool is open to registered guests from 6am to 11pm and is heated seasonally. If we receive noise complaints, the pool will be closed for the night and guests asked to return to their rooms. GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE POOL OR GARDEN AREA. You and your party are responsible for the alcohol brought and consumed on property. Please use the trash cans provided. Thank you.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, all rooms at The Palms Hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted around the pool and in common outside areas.

In order to maintain an atmosphere of quiet and respect for all our guests, The Palms Hotel does not accept partying groups of spring breakers. College students seeking to enjoy our quiet, relaxed atmosphere are always welcome.
